Jill's Quilt

I designed, pieced and machine quilted my first Kaffe Fassett quilt for Jillian. There is a small heart cut from her baby blanket stitched on the back.

Enjoy your quilt and good luck in Speech Therapy School Jill!

Nana pieced the rainbow blocks years ago.

Karen added purple and white and put a modern spin on it.

Meg, the brand new college graduate, gets a brand new quilt for her new life!

Finding a Mentor - at any age....

It doesn't matter how old you are - we all need mentors. Here I am with my daughter Meg and my mentor, Allison Wilbur at her recent Fiber Art Exhibit in Warren, RI .  She is a talented Quilter and Social Activist who has sparked my interest in all forms of quilting and I'm lucky to have such a wonderful and generous person cheering me on.

Playing with Cloth and Paints

I'll post again when I decide what to make with the printed fabric.
