A nice 1.5 mile hike out to Rome Point to view the seals that make this little location their home till March. My lens is not long enough to get a good print, however some of the members have amazing equipment and I got to see a 6 year old seal who appears to be the leader. They've been tracking him by the scar on his belly! The other photo is of a goofy seagull who kept dropping this starfish before eating it. I guess no one ever told him starfish don't have shells to crack!
Back in 2009, I posted an original photo every day for 2.5 years for a 365 photo a day challenge. The Blog has now evolved into "My Creative Life" in modern & art quilting, and photography.
